I myself spend at the computer about a very long time, earlier because of the specifics of the work - almost full time, and now at home))) But I cannot say that during this time I have a vision village. Okay, I, and those who work exclusively with computers ... I remembered who worked in the computer department was visually impaired ... nobody. No one was wearing glasses!

Judging by the research of scientists, then practically nothing is harmful to vision, but does it get worse from something? What is still a negative effect on vision.
